The 22 yr. old (if guilty) should be held fully accountable for this violation. Not only is he contributing to the delinquency to two other minors; he is showing grave errors in judgement. In addition to apologies to all victims and the community these guys need to spend time communicating to the rest of their brethren, this sort of activity will not be tolerated in this community.

I agree BG…..if found guilty,they should have to do community service and hold a sign in front of the courthouse confessing their a “dumbass”.....

These hooligans have been watching too many videos of laughing mercenaries shooting civilians in the Iraqi’ fish barrel.
Let them enlist in the Army, Marines or Air Farce, join Blackwater, Dyncorp or Haliburton if they want to shoot civilians for kicks. The savages don’t feel pain like we civilized humans do.
