It looks like the judge wanted to take John S down completely when he fined him the 3.8 million in the Gardner issue.
If John S can prove that his actual income is under a certain amount, he does not need to pay an income tax, nor file a federal tax return. I think that amount is around $25K.
John S has been trying to inform the public of what is really going on with our different government agencies and special interest groups. My guess is that he has lots of enemies that want him taken out. Even enough to falsify allegations and trump up issues.

Actually, it was the jury that fined John Stokes $3.8 million for slander, not the judge. Under Montana law, juries set the amount of civil suit awards, not judges. Moreover, in this article, John claims his income is around $7,000 a month, which is $84,000 a year. This definitely places him in a bracket requiring payment of both state and federal income taxes. No one is persecuting John Stokes. He brought this all upon himself and is now about to receive what he deserves. It’s amazing that he is still walking around loose if he is telling the truth about how long he has been cheating on his taxes. By now, though, we all know that John and truth don’t go together.

If Stokes hasn’t payed any state or federal income taxes since 1985, then why didn’t state and federal authorities gone after him a long time ago? I don’t think you or I could get away with that. Has he got the state and federal revenue prople scared of him or what?

Stokes is such a hypocrite. Talking about self reliance, and then it turns out he is a tax evader that takes donations from other people.
