Roberts’s so call “biotech nutriceutical company” is a multi-level marketing scam that is operated
out of a mail box at the UPS Store in Whitefish. His business name “24Ravens” is not registered
with the State of Montana. See State records at:  https://app.mt.gov/bes/

The natural medicine he sells is the same product (different name) as Life One Formula
(http://www.lifeonesales.com/lifeone.htm), yet Mr. Roberts calls it his own.  Both have the same
patent number which was filed by a Michael D. Farley in 2002.  See link to patent:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=/netahtml%
2FPTO/search-
bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=6767563&OS=6767563&RS=6767563

His other business “Idream”, is operated out of a mail box at the UPS Store in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
Just how many people does he employ in these mail boxes?  In addition, he owns no property in
Montana, has been here for two years and wants to be our State Senator.

Abraham Lincoln said “You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some
of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.” And it was P.T Barnum that
said, “There’s a sucker born every minute”. When it comes to the so called Dr. Roberts, I believe
both quotes are applicable.

Excuse me Oliver, but what exactly is Roberts guilty of? Liberals, such as yourself, are so
committed to destroying personal liberty and freedom that you will go to any length to tear down a
candidate who actually values these things. If his business was so illegitimate or illegal it would be
shut down and he would be in jail. But the fact is is that YOU don’t like his politics. You despise the
tenants of freedom, capitalism, and individualism and you try as hard as you can to smear anyone
who does.  The voters aren’t buying this BS anymore. Just like Lugar, Tutvedt will be voted out in
favor of a man who protects liberty not just pays lip service to it.

Tutvedt had this coming. He’s been thumping his chest and thumbing his nose at his constituents.
I’m no fan of this Roberts character, but I hope he gives Tutvedt a run for his money.

According to this story, Mr Roberts relationship to “Capital International Defense” is as follows:
“In an interview, Roberts said he invested in the company when it started up, which is why he’s
listed as a “director.” He said he doesn’t play an active role in the company nor does he know
much about its current status, though the mailing address that originally appeared on the
company’s website is the same Whitefish address listed for his 24ravens business and campaign.
The address was recently removed from the site.

“I don’t have any ties to it or in terms of management or running it or really even knowing the status
of it,” he said.”

According to the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations, Mr. Roberts is the registered
agent for Capital International Defense.

The web address to his file at the Florida Department of State is as follows:
http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/10340791.pdf
Note that this was filed by Mr. Roberts on 1/24/12. All addresses on that filing are either Mr.
Roberts Whitefish mail box or his Florida mail box. Everything he does or is involved with is
operated out of a UPS Store mail box.

Nothing like a misrepresentation to the Montana Commissioner of Political Practices.

Roark, I agree.  It is the liberties and freedoms that we have enjoyed in the past that makes
America great.  It is not the Republicans or Democrats, the liberals or the conservatives, the right or
left, or the present “out of control” Federal Government that we should be supporting.  All of us, “We
the People” should be supporting anyone that supports and will fight for the principles of Liberty and
Freedom, our Constitution, and our Bill of Rights.  Rollan Roberts II is not a politician, he is a
Christian Patriot. Thank you Rollan for your efforts to represent us, We the People, with positive,
productive change.

Scam artists and snake oil salesmen did not make America great. In fact, if you remember just a few
years ago these make-nothing—do-nothing transaction artists drove the country’s economy off a cliff.

Well stated Oliver! It appears that both Roark and Pat Man are committed to overlooking the sins of
ol’ Rollan, in the vain hope that he will gain some traction. Judging from Rollan’s bio, the only liberty
he will be defending is his own…in criminal court!

Marshall Cogburn, what part of personal responsibility, liberty, individualism, freedom, private
property rights, accountable government, and less taxes do you disagree with?

Tutvedt has made his alliances. He has, by his voting record, shown his political philosophy of
RINOism, ie whatever is popular. I prefer my candidates to have the character and integrity to do
what is morally right in the political sphere because reason was exercised and found it to be right
NOT because it was the subjectivity of majority whim. Being a lawmaker is very serious business,
because the laws that these legislators pass literally affect our liberty for either the good or bad. So
yes, I take offense at men who say that they support the values of liberty, when in reality they do
not.

@ Roark - when your boy, Roberts, filed bankruptcy, that’s kind of like EPIC FAIL when it comes
to personal responsibility - just sayin’

and on another note- I doubt you live MT Senate district 3, so RRII is probably NOT your
candidate. So maybe you should tell him which rock in BFE you live under, and maybe he’ll move
there, since his roots don’t seem to run much deeper than his rhetoric….

It must be time to add one more chapter to the saga of “Dr. Roberts”.  Did I really say doctor?  Well
let’s look at that.  According to the article, “He received a business doctorate degree from California
University, which he said is located outside of Los Angeles.”

You might want to go to their web site and read all the details: http://www.cufce.org/

The first thing that you notice is that nice looking building and University Tower
4199 Campus Drive, Suite 550 Irvine, CA address and then is says (NO WALK-IN).  Well that is
because the address and photo are on the University of California’s Irvine campus.  The mailing
address is a completely different address that consists of four offices in a small office building.

Be sure to read their mission statement, which states “To operate primarily as an Evaluation &
Assessment institution of higher education within the State of California Educational System. To
give the children the best head start in elementary education through high school. To insure that all
immigrants who are educated in their country of origin are given the best tools for faster integration
into the United States of America society. To help you obtain the United States equivalency
evaluation of all of your studies and specialized work experience. To help you work towards the
completion of the needed requirements to obtain a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
per the guidelines set forth by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. To give you
the knowledge that three years of specialized work experience is equal to one year full-time
university credits for immigration and employment purposes only.”

Next go to the Council for Higher Education Accreditation’s web site at   http://www.chea.org/
When you search for the California University in California, you will not find it.  It is not an
accredited university.

They have no classrooms and offer no classes.  For the price of $100, you can submit the
qualifications that you feel justify a degree and they will send it to you.

So Dr. Roberts, why have a Doctoral certificate from such a degree mill?

All you need to do is go to his 24ravens press release page at:
http://www.24ravens.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/AID-Wire-Release.pdf

In the middle of the page it reads:
“For many years I have been strongly committed to finding products that could
improve the lives of people on this planet,” says Dr. Rollan Roberts II, 24ravens
founder and CEO. “I am absolutely convinced, given the global response and
testimonials we are seeing, A.I.D. does exactly that. Nowhere else can you find
one product that combines such high quality immune boosting ingredients.”

No he does not say that he is a medical doctor, but what does it imply?

I do hope that anyone who reads these posts will take the time to verify everything that I’ve said,
and that is why I have tried to include all the sources.

One item that I forgot to add is, that according to their website, California University is a division of
Beverly Hills Resources Corporation.  If you look up Beverly Hills Resources Corporation, you will
find that they are a Childcare Center in Los Angeles and have a capacity for 9 children.  The
address they operate out of is the same as the mailing address for California University.

You people really need to verify some of the things that I’ve written here.  It is really so unbelievable
that I even need to triple check the sources.  I’ll do that if I can ever stop laughing.

The enemies of reason are many, but make no mistake; liberty will win in the end. Tutvedt and
Reichner, both RINO’s, have infected the GOP with their compromise of principles long enough. They
ought to change their political party to Democrat, because i take people at their words and actions.

I recommend that everyone Google this address (just copy and paste the address to Google):

6556 Fountain Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90028

It is the address of “California University” and its parent corporation “Beverly Hills Resources
Corporation”.

And to the Beacon, please publish the photo of this University on your front page.

And to Mr. Roberts supporters, I feel so sorry for you and the rest of the sheep that are being lead
to the slaughter.  Mr. Roberts is making such a fool of you people.

Dear Roark:  A “tenant” is someone who uses a property and pays rent or a lease fee to a
landlord.  The appropriate word is “tenet.”

It is naive to believe that anyone who runs an illegal business in this state would be caught or
stopped before damage is done.  That seems to only happen after it’s WAY too late, if at all.
Witness the investment company scam in Polson, where licensing and investigation should have
been an absolute requirement before opening.

“thinker” (hardly an app. moniker), sometimes in a rush I misspell a word.

BTW, Roberts is not running an illegal business. As much as you may despise the freedom of men
to run a business and make wealth, Mr. Roberts has the right to engage in business. Your opinions
and actual facts bear that out.

Read these quotes and get yourself educated by reason and not your subjective opinions.

The FACT is that Roberts will do 10 times more to actually defending liberty than Tutvedt would ever
dare to try. RINO’s, like Tutvedt and Reichner, are obsessed with power and popular opinion politics
with a slight conservative edge, then in doing what is really right. Did they miss the history lesson
on the American Revolution? It is the supposed “defenders of liberty” like them who have sold our
rights down the river and then pat themselves on the back for giving us a pittance of our liberty back.

”  What is the moral stature of those who are afraid to proclaim that they are the champions of
freedom? What is the integrity of those who outdo their enemies in smearing, misrepresenting,
spitting at, and apologizing for their own ideal? What is the rationality of those who expect to trick
people into freedom, cheat them into justice, fool them into progress, con them into preserving their
rights, and, while indoctrinating them with statism, put one over on them and let them wake up in a
perfect capitalist society some morning?

These are the “conservatives”—or most of their intellectual spokesmen.”—-Ayn Rand

No, Roberts is not perfect, but he is by his ideas a man of more integrity able to protect our liberty.
Europe is voting away theirs, we must not do the same with ours.

The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged (by Ayn Rand).

One is a childish fantasy that often [leads] to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled
adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.

But seriously—since when did right-wing American Christianity and Ayn Rand’s Objectism become
bed fellows? Seems like the devil has managed to get the Christians to do his work.

It’s not looking good for RRII.  Running a bunch of scam businesses with fancy titles may work
