Real Estate broker and Mortgage banker work together to make sure no-one else can live anywhere near them. I guess as long as they got their piece of Montana, to hell with the next
guy…..

I applaude the Smith’s for preserving and protecting Montana. The reason people move to Montanais to enjoy the open spaces and the wildlife—not looking at another housing development.
Good for you!!!!

BS, your spout off makes no sense. The Smiths already owned the land so why would they worry about someone else building on it? These people obviously care about the long term effects
development on environmentally sensitive land has on the quality of life in this valley.

BS, you and your tea party idiots are just that…..Idiots. First you are completely for private property rights, then when a private property owner excercises those rights with an easment, you
spout off some new crazy theory which has no basis whatsoever in fact.
Why don’t you stop posting here and go back to hosting the Sean Hannity show…..Sean…..
c’mooon Sean….its you isnt it

I’m not a member of the tea party and I don’t listen to Fox news. I will post whenever I feel like it. So there, nyah nyah!

B.S and fourweight are both wrong. BS gave his opinion that I believe most would disagree with, and fourweight turned it political. Most “tea-partiers” believe you should do whatever you want with
your property, especially and including conservation easements. The Smiths did an admirable
thing, I believe, and it was theirs to make. Simple, not political.
