is this another BS auction with a reserve price, or if i am the only bid at the minimum price i can close on it.
You have to watch out for the scam auctions….. they are flooding the market, and the news media is clueless to it.

Also another trick is to have shill bidders who “WIN” the auction only to find out the property comes back up for auction again later, because the price was not high enough the first time.
If you get a property at 50% off the peak No bank will turn you down….Remember that!!!!!!!!
