This is a very positive things for the Flathead.  Nothing is static, and being in the growth column is a good thing.  Of course many challenges come with growth but give me those as opposed to towns and cities that are in decline.  Growth brings a lot of opportunities.

Growth has both positive and negative aspects.  Opportunities increase for the residents, but problems like infrastructure pressures, increased crime rates, increased cost of living and environmental concerns become more prevalent.

Sort of puts a bullet through the middle of the false concept that growth planning and zoning crimps growth and property values. The community with the most growth planning in place has the highest level of growth (and higher property values) than other places in the value. Maybe the Real Estate “industry” has got this wrong also. They are a pretty incompentent group overall.

its too bad the city wasnt layed out very well to allow for easy transition into “metrolopis.” You can always tell growth is coming when banks, churches, and mcdonalds start popping up all over the place like festering eye sores.  I mean seriously, do we really need all that mcdonalds?  Im disgusted human beings actually eat that crap.  Not surprised though.  Just disgusted.
