Tim grew up in my neighborhood in Farragut, Tennessee. May he rest in peace and may his family find the strength to persevere this difficult event.
His childhood friends will remember him fondly.

Tim and I went to school in Knoxville(UTK).  He and I had friends in common and shared the same birthday.
I am very sorry to hear of his passing and wish his family strength and peace during this difficult time.

Tim and I went to UT together and were fraternity brothers.  Tim always had a super attitude about life, family, and friends.  Just reading about all of his accomplishments as a father, specialists and outdoorsman was amazing - but at the same time certainly expected. He was a special guy.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kramer family.

With no dentist willing to help our little girl without $3000 cash up front I listened to her cry herself to sleep in pain as I searched for someone willing to work with a very cooperative 3-year-old.  (Thanks for nothing, Dr. Bagnell, heartless oaf!)

We were fortunate to find Dr. Kramer. He was kind and gifted, and worked with us to get the work done gradually as we could afford to pay.  I will always appreciate and respect him for that, and am so grateful that he was here.

Our greatest sympathy to his family. What a tragedy.
