If you know the history of AMAT mergers and such you know that most of those companies are severely downsized and or relocated to Santa Clara.  I doubt AMAT will leave Semitool here in the valley unless the local Government steps in and offers incentives for doing business here.  Right now, other then the great and best employees in the world, Montana isn’t offering any incentives to businesses to operate here.
