Comments on: Yellowstone Club Members Revolt Over Bankruptcy
Let’s be civil. The Flathead Beacon encourages vigorous discussion and lively debate, but we will delete comments that attack other readers, make accusations we can’t verify, stray too far off topic, criticize local businesses (call them if you have a problem), convict someone of a crime, use profanity or are simply judged to be in bad taste. We don’t always have someone moderating comments, so we ask for your help: If you see a comment that violates these ground rules, or you simply deem it offensive, please e-mail editor [at] flatheadbeacon.com. What a bunch of rich losers! Ha ha ha. I hope they lose it all. Rich ########. They are the corporate elites that caused this economic problem. They are the corporate elites that pushed Bush and Cheney to invade Iraq, they are the people who ruin this planet.

Unfortuneately, the people this effects the most are local business people from the Gallatin Valley. Many of us have not been paid for services in over 90 days. Their debt to local business people is enormous, and it seems that many of us will never see a cent. I am personally owed close to $20,000.00 by the club. I have a very small business, and had to take out a loan recently to just to stay in business. I find it very unfair that vendors like myself are at the bottom of the list to get paid through the bankruptcy process. It is completely unfair!

It’s impossible for me to feel sorry for the club members. They obviously aren’t hurting.
The contractors who haven’t been paid for their work are the victims here. It’s hard to stay in business when you’re getting ripped off.

Few creditors know that they can form a “creditors’ committee” which will have a large say under chapter 11.
Also, should any creditor not like YC’s plan of reorganization, they can present their own plan and essentially bid for the company.

I AM NOT RICH. AND I AM NOT A CREDITOR. THE WAY I SEE IT THE MEMBERS ARE VICTIMS AS WELL AS CREITORS. IT TAKES A SMALL PERSON TO MAKE FUN OF PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE RICH. THEY PAY MORE TAXES AND MOST HAVE WORKED TO BE RICH AND TO SAY THEY DESERVE TO LOSE IS PURE JELOUSY. I FEEL VERY BAD FOR THE CREDITORS FOR MOST THAT WILL GET HUERT ARE SMALL BUSINESS PEOPLE THAT CAN NOT AFFORD TO LOSE WHAT IS OWED TO THEM. I AM NOT EMPLOYED BY THE CLUB, BUT THE EMPLOEES ARE THE ONES HURT MOST OF ALL. THEY LOST WAGES BECAUSE OF THE BANKRUPTCY FILING. SO FOR HA HA THAT LEFT THE COMMENT PLEASE LOOK AT WHO YOUR COMMENTS ARE HURTING. THE EMPLOYEES HAVE RENT, FOOD BILLS FAMILYS, OH AND YES CHILDREN THAT WENT WITH OUT AT CHRISTMAS. SMALL CHILDREN THAT HERE PARENTS CRYING BECAUSE THEY WANT TO TAKE CARE OF THIER FAMILYS. WHAT EVER ANYONES ANGER IS TOWARD THE YELLOW STONE CLUB I ASK YOU TO THINK OF THE FAMILYS THAT ARE HURTING. THE FAMILYS THAT SUPPORT THE LOCAL ECONOMY AND SMALL BUSINESS’. THE FAMILYS THAT HAD TO DO WITH OUT THIS LAST CHRISTMAS. THE SAME PEOPLE YOU MEET ON THE STREET ND CALL YOUR FRIENDS ARE THE ONES WHO LOOK TO THE CLUB AS A PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT . HTINK OF THEM BEFORE YOU WISH ANY BUSINESS TO FAIL. OR THE RICH {BASTAERDS} , YOUR WORDS NOT MINE, ALL OF YOU WHO WANT TO HAVE SOMEONE TO BLAME SEEM TO TIE PRESIDENT BUSH, YES PRESIDENT, LIKE HIM OR NOT THE OFFICE DESERVES THE RESPECT, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE IRAQ WAR. BEFORE YOU ASSIGN BLAME ASK YOUR SELF HAVE YOU EVER TRIED TO RUN A BUSINESS? I THOUGHT NOT. RALLY AROUND THE EMPLOYEES RALLY AROUND THE SMALL BUSINESSES THAT ARE OWED MONEY AND YES LIKE IT OR NOT RALLEY AROUND EVEN THE MEMBERS OF THE YELLOWSTONE CLUB. THEY HAVE A LARGE PAYROLL THAT RIPPLES THROUGH THE MONTANA ECONOMY, FROM BIG SKY TO BOZEMAN AND BEYOND. THIS IS MONTANA, AND AS A BORN AND RAISED MONTANA RESIDENT, WE DO NOT TRY TO HURT OR MAKE FUN OF PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE IN TRUBLED TIMES. WE GIVE THEM A HAND AND ASK WHAT WE CAN DO. ACT LIKE A NEIGHBOR. MONTANA NEEDS THE JOBS AND THE HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND YES EVEN THE RICH ONES. THANKS FOR READING MY RAMBLINGS AND LETS SEE WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP.
