Ha! I like Boxer’s comment - would undo the good done by Obama. What a hoot! Maybe she could confer with the $8/gal. czar what’shisname. OK then, ya want higher gas prices? must be,
ya voted for Obama. Want higher power bills? Must be, ya voted for Obama. Want higher
inflation? Must be, ya voted for Obama. Want higher grocery costs? Must be, ya voted for
Obama. Want higher health care costs? or no health care? Must be, ya voted for Obama. Would
ya like our Constitution ignored? Must be, ya voted for Obama. Would ya like to see companies
not hiring, not growing etc.? Must be, ya voted for Obama. OK - ya want to see America
‘transformed” (into communist america). Must be, ya voted for Comrade/Chairman/Czar Obama.

Wow! Cutting edge issue. We’re all on the edge of our seats waiting for the bureaucrats to bat this one out.

That would only apply in a nation that respects the “Rule-Of-Law”. Where have you been bopho?...The Democrats are running the show now and protecting private property rights have never been on their list
of priorities.
Just asking.

RussCrowder - Wouldn’t stopping the pipeline protect property owners from potential eminent domain proceedings and thus be a victory for private property rights?
Just asking.

Your forgetting one thing fcb…We can’t have the $10 a gallon European gas prices that the people voted for last November if Obama allows things like pipelines to be built.

Pipelines can avoid sensitive areas like cities and other envirnomental areas.
Trains have to follow thru cities and such; they can not as easily avoid sensitive areas.
But Warren Buffett makes large money hauling oil as he is a large campaign cash donor ... ?
