I’d say the cost of the three big wars we’ve fought in the Mideast in the past 22 years—if itwere added to the pump price—would bring it up to about $10 a gallon. It depends on how much
you want to charge for each of the combat casualties.
Of course some people still think we were spreading democracy out of the goodness of our hearts.

mooseberryinn…In November, the people voted for European style $10.00 a gallon gas. Who are we to deny the will of the people?

When Comrade obama’s EPA shuts down energy sources and does not permit drilling - the price for natural gas and oil goes up as demand grows and supply diminishes. Food prices will rise as the
cost of food production increases, and the cost of food transport increases thanks to his Lordship
King Obama’s crippling oil supplies. As inflation makes our dollar worth less in the global market,
import costs will increase. As companies recognize it is cheaper to hire a work force and not have
to pay for health benefits (for part time workers), full time positions will decrease. and finally, many
good jobs will be exported as (again) Obama/demo-care costs and/or penalties make U.S.
employees cost more.

Moose - When will you learn that global market forces determine the prices of fuel, goods and services, not our president? If food prices rise, it is because demand exceeds supply. If U.S. service jobs become just part-time with
no health benefits, it is because the available supply of un-skilled, un-educated labor (with no better job options)
exceeds the number of sevice job openings. While meanwhile, good paying career positions go unfilled due to a
lack of qualified applicants. As long as education is not a priority for many in in this country, this will be the trend.
But as a staunch republican, even you should recognize that it is about the individual’s responsibility for his/her own
position in life, not the president’s.

Hankie - you will learn eventually as fuel/energy costs drive prices on food and just about all kinds of goods ever higher. Don’t be surprised when a gallon of milk tops 5 dollars (or more), when bread is 5 or
more etc. Don’t be surprised when Obama/demo - care causes many service jobs to become just part-
time with no health benefits. It is coming, and all of us will be much poorer for it.

Hankie glad you admitted you are dumber today than yesterday but most of us already knew you were

We won’t need oil after the oncoming WOLF APOCALYPSE! The few survivors will be lucky to just find a bone wielding a tiny scrap of meat. Now that they’ve killed nearly every living thing
(except Tyson’s elk) they’ll be coming for us! You go ahead and bicker about your silly little
petrol problems, I’m stockpiling ammo for the attack of the killer Canis!

Comrade Obama’s “energy policy” is to cripple coal, natural gas, and oil/gasoline use and supply. This is an integral part of destroying our economy. Now he wants to have the power to raise the debt ceiling
without congressional approval. All this because the cow-pie for brains crowd just can’t think.

Support Obama’s energy policy: NUKE CANADIAN OIL (And throw in North Dakota just for the fun of it).
By hotfishmt on 12-01-12 @ 8:31 pm
One only needs to look at the situation in Canada, and see how the Communist controlled Chinese Oil companies are doing their best to buy all or part of any company connected to any/all
Canadian Oil project.
Pipe line are safer than hauling oil by railroads & less apt to do serious damage….SO LETS GET
ER DONE.
