Day one of the weekend event

Mushers from across the Northwest United States and Canada descended on a network of trails between Olney and upper Whitefish Lake to participate in the third annual Flathead Sled Dog Days. This year, 34 teams of mushers competed in the four dog, six-eight dog and 10-12 dog classes. For more information visits the Flathead Sled Dog Days Web site.
