First-year culinary arts students sharpen their skills in Flathead Valley Community College's kitchen during each Chef's Table dinner. Each Friday evening thorough the end of the fall semester, patrons enjoy light hors d'oeuvres and a three-course meal prepared by the culinary arts interns.
