5:32 p.m. According to a resident on Fifth Avenue East, day care kids armed with matches started a fire in a vacant lot.

8:46 p.m. A Bismark Street resident reported that his neighbor was intentionally pointing a bright light out his window and directing it to shine in through his window. The neighbor claimed that the other man had been doing irritating things with lights as well. The two were advised to stop shining lights at one another.

12:39 p.m. An employee of a Columbia Falls store reported that a drunken man was napping on the floor. Shortly after the call, his wife showed up and peeled him off the floor, shoved him in her car, and drove him home.

2:03 p.m. Someone attempted, but failed, to steal a TV from a Kalispell nursing home.

6:09 p.m. A man calling from Foothill Road wanted to know where he could fire off his Civil War cannon. Apparently, the last time he shot off his canon he damaged the neighbor's house.

10:02 p.m. Someone called 911 after hearing one loud boom come from the area of Sandy River Lane in Columbia Falls.

11:11 a.m. A Kalispell resident reported that a local organization's raffle ticket prices are too high and wondered if the pricing was legal. A deputy explained that he would be unable to set raffle ticked prices for the organization and that whatever they decided to charge would be legal.

4:09 p.m. A runaway dog was returned to it's owner after terrorizing chickens on Lone Star Trail.

4:40 p.m. A McMannamy Draw resident reported that the neighbor’s pet geese had migrated into her yard and refused to go home. She added that they chase her children and although she chases them off, they inevitably find their way back into her yard.

8:47 p.m. An Olney resident reported that a drunken man was in their backyard yelling and shooting his gun at unknown targets.
