| Description | Growing technology company seeks Office Manager / Account Support Specialist. This position is the first point of contact for our existing and prospective clients. Professional, courteous and friendly phone skills are a must. Previous office experience desired, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, keying, browsing and using the internet proficiently. Proficiency with Excel is a must. Strong professional communication skills desired, both writing and speaking. Job duties include account support, data entry, report generation and proactive budget tracking, providing Clients with information about products and services, as well as the ability to learn technical support issues. Applicants should possess a strong sense of responsibility and demonstrate problem solving skills, the desire to support a team, and a capacity to learn. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and creative individual with computer knowledge-skills along with a desire to learn and grow in the tech field as part of a great working team that strives to stay on top latest web solutions. Knowledge of and experience with budget management is a plus. The ideal candidate will consistently seek to improve or contribute to a pleasant, efficient, smoothly operating office environment.
