The advertisement will be highlighted in the top section of the Real Estate for Sale search listings and a picture along with the advertisement summary will be rotated down the right side of the on the home page of the classified section which is one of the top traffic pages on our very popular web site.

Featured Advertisements offer an economically efficient manner of highlighting your properties for sale, generating leads and driving traffic to your own web site . Ad Posting Tips

• Write a Good Title: The title is the most important part of your ad. It's the "hook" that lures in scanning eyes. Be sure to include the most important details about your ad in the title, and avoid generalities like "A Great Deal!" or "Don't Miss This!"
• No Need To Abbreviate: In classic print advertising, newspapers charge for an ad by the word, so people tend to write very concise ads with lots of abbreviations to save money. But the Beacon's classifieds allow for a generous amount of text, so there's no need to write in "classified-speak." Feel free to write a full, detailed ad, with complete sentences.
• Hide Your Identity, If You Want: If you would like buyers to contact you by email or phone, don't forget to include that information in your ad. If you would prefer more anonymity, the Beacon allows buyers to send you messages privately. Your email address will never be revealed.
