U.S. Bank donates money for new hands-on learning tour

Conrad Mansion Receives $3,500 Grant

U.S. Bank gave $3,500 to the Conrad Mansion Museum in Kalispell through a U.S. Bancorp Foundation grant at a check presentation ceremony this morning at 10:30 at the mansion.

Funds from the grant will be used to add a new tour format at the Conrad Mansion for students using "hands-on" learning, and more interactive components for older students.

"We are both proud and honored to support the Conrad Mansion Museum because it is an integral part of Kalispell's and Montana's historic heritage," Karen Witt, market president of U.S. Bank in Kalispell, said in a press release. “A direct, hands-on experience helps students to connect with our history and encourages learning" [End of article]
