The fine folks at Glacier Distilling Company are wrapping up another successful summer
with a five-course dinner paired with select whiskeys next weekend.
The Cuisine Machine will cater the food, which includes poutine – local, hand-cut potatoes and ground elk, smothered in brown gravy and topped with Ray's Smokin' Pop Curd- and roast duck with Flathead cherry compote and whiskey glazed root vegetables.
Glacier Distilling is changing to its fall/winter hours and will be open Thursday through Saturday from noon to 6 p.m. until Sept. 29. After that the distillery will be open by appointment only. To schedule an appointment for a tasting or tour call 406-387-9887.
