Glacier Distilling Company Wraps up Summer with Whiskey Dinner

The fine folks at Glacier Distilling Company are wrapping up another successful summer with a five-course dinner paired with select whiskeys next weekend.

A limited number of tickets are on sale for the event inside the Whiskey Barn at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22. Tickets cost $50 and to purchase call 406-270-8348 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

The Cuisine Machine will cater the food, which includes poutine – local, hand-cut potatoes and ground elk, smothered in brown gravy and topped with Ray's Smokin' Pop Curd- and roast duck with Flathead cherry compote and whiskey glazed root vegetables.

Glacier Distilling is changing to its fall/winter hours and will be open Thursday through Saturday from noon to 6 p.m. until Sept. 29. After that the distillery will be open by appointment only. To schedule an appointment for a tasting or tour call 406-387-9887.
