A Kalispell developer says he has sold nearly 18 acres of land to Wal-Mart.
Phil Harris says the nation's largest retailer has plans to build a Wal-Mart Super Center.
There is a Wal-Mart on the east side of Kalispell, but it is not a Super Center.
Last week, an attorney for Wal-Mart attended a Kalispell city council meeting to argue the proposed transportation impact fees in the area were too high.
