“‘Peter Pan’ is all about recalling and creating a childhood. The story's purpose is to have fun, yet still retain a message to each and every person in the audience,” said Glacier senior Quinn Maroney who is directing the show. “I hope the audience leaves the theatre filled with laughter, love and memories from long ago.”
This production in the Wolfpack Theatre is produced by the Acting 4 class. As part of the Acting 4 experience this production is produced completely by GHS students. From tryouts to the final curtain call these students experience all aspects of theatre from the challenging tasks of directing and acting to set design and lighting.
“The process is what Acting 4 is all about…reaching to the edges and creating a whole new world. In Acting 4 the limitations are simple, the show belongs to you,” said Maroney. “Being a director has been such an eye opening experience. I love being so involved in the process, yet also getting the opportunity to sit back and watch the show come alive.”
