Lake County officials have released the name of a 36-year-old Bigfork man who died in a one-vehicle crash in the Swan Valley over the weekend.
Sheriff's Lt. Mike Sargent says J. Rodney Simmons rolled his vehicle into Bond Creek just off Highway 83 around midnight Saturday. Sargent says Simmons' legs were pinned under the dashboard and he drowned.
The accident wasn't discovered until about noon Sunday.
