6:21 a.m. A man on Center Street heard an early-morning “rumble” in the alley by his apartment.
8:20 a.m. A woman on Austin Street reported that someone stole a calculator out of her unlocked vehicle. She found the rest of her belongings in the neighbor’s trash.
9:19 a.m. A 17-year-old boy called 911 to report that his dad was yelling at him.
12:45 p.m. A vagrant Shih Tzu was taken to the Humane Society.
2:38 p.m. A Somers resident reported that a man who recently test drove his truck returned it without the toolbox. When he asked the man about it, he claimed that he left it at his cousin’s house. The vehicle owner called in when he found it at a local pawn shop.
3:54 p.m. A Kila woman complained that a pack of hound dogs was chasing deer on her property.
4:49 p.m. Two pit bulls chased a Columbia Falls woman. She was not injured.
6:15 p.m. A man on South Cedar Drive wanted deputies to help him get an ex-girlfriend out of his house.
7:57 p.m. A woman on Second Street West reported that a man walked onto her porch and tried to open her door. He ran off when she turned the light on.
8:46 p.m. Someone reported that an intoxicated man urinated on the wall of an Evergreen gas station and harassed customers. He was last seen wandering into a nearby casino.
8:54 p.m. A small but friendly “wolf-dog” named Howlie has run away from home.
3:04 a.m. A Sunset Trail man reported that a man asked him, in a threatening way, if he knew what a “45” was.
