House squabbled yesterday over what causes divorce. A second Democrat announced his intention to
challenge Republican U.S. Rep. Denny Rehberg for his House seat. Republicans on a Senate panel took another step yesterday toward
scaling back funding for the Children's Health Insurance Program. Two bills to facilitate a Plum Creek land exchange and set up a revolving loan fund for the timber industry
cleared another hurdle.
